Years of Experience

- 2 to 6 years of experience

Education Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in computer science , CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows server environments.

- Deploy, configure, and manage RHEL, Ubuntu, Rocky Linux, and Windows servers in both virtual and physical environments.

- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation solutions using Python, Shell scripting, and Ansible.

- Manage source code repositories and infrastructure-as-code assets using version control systems.

- Monitor system performance, availability, security, and capacity planning activities.

- Support cloud-based infrastructure deployments and operations across GCP and Azure environments.

- Implement and manage server patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation activities.

- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex infrastructure issues.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards for availability, performance, and security.

Required Qualifications

- Technical Skills

- 2+ years of experience in Linux and Windows server administration and troubleshooting.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in scripting and automation using:

- Python

- Shell Scripting

- Ansible

- Experience with source code management tools such as Git, GitHub

- 2+ years of experience deploying and managing:

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

- Ubuntu

- Rocky Linux

- Windows Servers

- Experience managing both virtualized and physical server environments.

- 2+ years of cloud platform experience, preferably:

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Microsoft Azure

- Good understanding of virtualization technologies .

- Strong knowledge of open-source infrastructure and monitoring tools.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing Docker containers and containerized workloads.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes platforms and container orchestration.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability tools.

- Good knowledge of virtualization technologies and open-source ecosystem tools.
